Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist located in Qesm Heliopolis. The Human Resources Generalist will manage day-to-day HR responsibilities, including the implementation and administration of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives. Key tasks include overseeing employee benefits, coordinating benefits administration, handling employee relations, maintaining compliance with employment laws, and supporting HR management strategies to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices including recruitment, employee relations, and workplace policies.
  • Experience with HR Management and the implementation of effective HR strategies.
  • Understanding of HR Policies and the ability to apply them in compliance with local labor laws.
  • Knowledge of Employee Benefits and experience in Benefits Administration processes.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Exceptional ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency with HR software and tools is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in an HR Generalist role is a plus.
