Role Description
As a Horeca Sales Unit Manager, you will oversee and manage sales operations within the Horeca (Hotel, Restaurant, and Café) sector. You will cultivate client relationships, identify sales opportunities, achieve sales targets, and strategize to expand market share. Key responsibilities include leading a sales team, developing action plans, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring excellent customer service. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo.
Qualifications
- Experience and skills in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Business Development specific to the Horeca industry
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in market research and data analysis to identify opportunities
- Organizational and time management skills for managing multiple accounts
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in the Horeca sector or FMCG industries is a strong advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and handle pressure effectively
