Role Description

  • Manage and maintain the accuracy of app content, including, but not limited to, menus, banners, logos, item prices, descriptions, and locations.
  • Perform regular reviews and analyses of app content to identify areas for improvement.
  • Gather insights from user feedback and data analytics to refine guidelines and processes.
  • Work closely with the sales team to onboard new vendors, ensuring their content aligns with brand guidelines and customer expectations.
  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in content operations or catalog management , preferably in the food and beverage (F&B) industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic
  • Excellent experience working with cross-functional teams and different cultures
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
