•     Analyze donor retention metrics and prepare regular performance reports.


•     Work closely with fundraising, marketing, and communications teams.


•     Ensure timely and meaningful donor acknowledgment and follow-up.


•     Handle high-value donors' concerns personally, ensuring satisfaction and continued support.

  • Qualifications


•     Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Non-Profit Management, or related field.


• years' experience in Customer relations, CRM, or customer retention roles.


•     Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.


•     Experience in CRM systems and data analysis tools.
