Location: [Cairo or Giza, Egypt]

Employment Type: Full-time

**Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient business activities.

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales associates and staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues or concerns.

  • Manage store inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and loss prevention.

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

  • Create and manage work schedules for the team.

  • Train and mentor new employees to ensure they are fully equipped for success.

  • Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.

  • Prepare and manage store budgets, including expenses and payroll.

**Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred .

  • Previous retail management experience (2+ years preferred).

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.

  • Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and retail software.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
