Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager located in New Cairo. The Store Manager will oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring seamless management and efficiency. Primary responsibilities include managing staff, upholding customer service standards, reducing retail loss, and achieving store performance targets. This role involves direct interaction with customers, team coordination, and ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and customer satisfaction skills to enhance the shopping experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with staff and customers effectively
  • Proven experience in store management to oversee daily operations
  • Knowledge of retail loss prevention practices to minimize shrinkage
  • Leadership abilities and team management skills
  • Ability to work on-site and commit to full-time work hours
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is a plus
  • Prior experience in retail or a similar role is an asset
