Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate
Store Manager
to lead one of our apparel fashion retail branches.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring outstanding customer experience, maintaining brand standards, and leading a motivated sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets and maximize store profitability.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure visual merchandising and store display standards are maintained in line with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor daily operations, including inventory control, cash handling, and staff scheduling.
  • Analyze sales reports to identify opportunities for growth and performance improvement.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Implement company policies, operational procedures, and promotional campaigns effectively.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to achieve business goals.
  • Maintain store hygiene, safety, and compliance with company standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (Higher Education Certificate)
    or equivalent.
  • Minimum
    3–5 years of experience
    in
    fashion retail
    or apparel store management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Proven record of achieving sales targets and managing KPIs (Conversion Rate, ATV, UPT, etc.).
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Solid understanding of retail operations and visual merchandising principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
  • Flexibility to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
