Job Purpose

The
Anime Spot Store Manager
will lead the overall operations, sales performance, and customer experience of
Anime Spot
— Egypt's first and leading destination for
anime, manga, gaming, and pop-culture collectibles
.

This role combines retail excellence, brand passion, and people leadership to ensure the store delivers an outstanding shopping experience and achieves its commercial goals.

Key Responsibilities
1. Store Operations & Sales

  • Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow across all shifts.
  • Achieve monthly sales, margin, and KPI targets.
  • Monitor stock levels, coordinate with HQ for replenishment, and ensure accurate product display.
  • Execute in-store marketing plans, launches, and events (e.g. Pokémon Days, One Piece Drops, POP MART releases).

2. Team Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the store team.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
  • Maintain a positive, energetic culture aligned with
    Bingo values
    — passion, teamwork, and excellence.

3. Customer Experience

  • Deliver premium customer service and anime-community engagement.
  • Handle escalated customer issues professionally and ensure fast resolution.
  • Create an engaging and Instagram-friendly environment inside the store.

4. Visual Merchandising

  • Ensure merchandising follows brand guidelines and enhances product visibility.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing & Visual team for window displays and seasonal setups.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and thematic anime-style store presentation.

5. Reporting & Communication

  • Provide daily and weekly reports (sales, stock, best-sellers, slow movers, feedback).
  • Share insights on customer trends and new product opportunities.
  • Work closely with HQ departments (Brand, Marketing, Supply Chain, HR).

Requirements

  • Minimum
    3–5 years of retail experience
    , including
    at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
    .
  • Background in
    toys, pop-culture, gaming, or fashion retail
    is a strong plus.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic & English.
  • High passion for
    anime, manga, and Japanese culture
    (must).
  • Comfortable with sales reporting, stock systems, and POS management.
