Role Description
This full-time on-site role in Giza is for a Retail Store Manager. The Retail Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, manage staff, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, maintaining merchandise displays, implementing retail loss prevention practices, and delivering exceptional customer service while fostering a positive shopping environment.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
- Strong Communication abilities for effectively managing customer interactions and leading a team.
- Proven experience in Store Management and familiarity with retail operations to drive the store's success.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention techniques to ensure smooth and secure store operations.
- Leadership and team management experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in retail software and systems is a plus.
- Effective problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills are desired.
