Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Store Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with product selection.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products and promotions to upsell and cross-sell.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Maintain the store's visual appearance, including restocking shelves and organizing displays.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and ensure smooth store operations.
  • Keep up to date with product knowledge, sales techniques, and store policies.
  • Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment.
  • Follow all company procedures regarding safety, security, and loss prevention.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.
  • Previous retail or sales experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
