Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Sales Specialist located in Cairo, Egypt. The Retail Sales Specialist will interact directly with customers, provide excellent customer service, and assist in achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include understanding and promoting products, maintaining the store's presentation and cleanliness, answering customer inquiries, and processing transactions accurately. The role also involves building strong customer relationships and staying updated on product knowledge and market trends to effectively address customer needs.

Qualifications

Strong Interpersonal Skills and excellent Communication skills

Proven experience in Retail Sales, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets

Solid Product Knowledge and the ability to learn and explain product features and benefits

Exceptional Customer Service skills and a customer-centric approach

Problem-solving aptitude and ability to handle challenging customer situations

High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales or customer service education is a plus

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Fluency in both written and spoken English and Arabic is preferred
