Role Description

We are seeking a Visual Merchandiser to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will be responsible for creating attractive and engaging visual displays to enhance customer experience and drive sales. Key responsibilities include designing window displays, organizing product layouts in alignment with brand standards, ensuring shelves are fully stocked and organized, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve store goals. You will play a key role in representing our brands through visually compelling merchandising strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and convey ideas clearly
  • Hands-on experience in the retail industry and a customer-focused mindset
  • Proficiency in sales strategies and techniques to drive product performance
  • Creativity and attention to detail in designing and setting up window displays and in-store layouts
  • Strong organizational skills and understanding of visual merchandising best practices
  • Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment
  • A diploma or degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, or a related field is preferred
