Objective of the Position

The Marketing Supervisor is responsible for planning, executing, and supervising marketing and merchandising activities to enhance brand visibility, drive sales, and ensure consistent brand presentation across all channels. This role bridges marketing strategy and retail execution—ensuring that promotional campaigns and merchandising initiatives are effectively implemented in line with company goals.

Duties and Responsibilities

Marketing:

a)      Supervise the development and implementation of on-ground marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.

b)      Coordinate with advertising, digital, and PR teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

c)      Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

d)      Manage budgets for marketing activities and ensure cost-effective use of resources.

e)      Prepare reports on campaign performance and marketing KPIs.

f Support the creation of marketing materials (brochures, POS materials.. etc.).

g)      Work closely with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales targets and store activities.

Merchandising:

a)      Plan and oversee in-store merchandising displays and layouts to optimize product visibility and sales.

b)      Ensure that visual merchandising standards are implemented and maintained across all locations.

c)      Coordinate product launches, seasonal displays, and promotional setups.

d)      Monitor stock levels, product presentation, and inventory rotation in collaboration with retail and supply chain teams.

e)      Conduct regular store visits to evaluate merchandising effectiveness and ensure brand consistency.

f Analyze sales and merchandising data to make recommendations for product assortment and placement.

Academic Qualifications

·      Bachelor degree as a Minimum

·      BA/MA degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related discipline

Experience

·      Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

· years of experience in marketing, merchandising, or retail management.

·      Strong knowledge of marketing principles, retail operations, and visual merchandising.

·      Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

·      Proficient in MS Office.

·      Analytical thinker with a creative and strategic mindset.
