Role Overview

The
Sales Advisor
is a key player in Paymob's growth engine. You will act as a
business consultant
for merchants—helping them understand our products, adopt the right solutions, increase revenue, and grow their business.

This role is perfect for

junior sales talents
eager to explore the world of sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Merchant Acquisition

  • Identify and acquire new merchants within assigned areas.
  • Conduct on-ground visits to present Paymob's solutions and convert leads into active merchants.
  • Deliver clear product explanations and guide merchants on how Paymob can support their business growth.
  • Achieve monthly acquisition targets and maintain strong pipeline discipline.

Business Advisory & Relationship Building

  • Act as a trusted business partner to merchants by understanding their needs and recommending the right solutions.
  • Build long-lasting merchant relationships that drive loyalty and retention.
  • Provide continuous support to merchants during onboarding and activation.

Market Research & Scanning

  • Perform on-ground
    market scanning
    to identify potential business clusters, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
  • Collect and analyze insights from the market to support decision-making and improve outreach strategies.
  • Identify new merchant segments, underserved areas, and competitive pricing trends.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Update CRM systems with merchant interactions and pipeline status.
  • Share market and merchant feedback regularly with the team.
  • Prepare daily/weekly field sales reports.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any related field.
  • Fresh graduates and junior candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
