Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Visual Merchandising Manager located in Cairo, Egypt. The Visual Merchandising Manager will be responsible for creating and maintaining visually appealing window displays, managing and training the store team, ensuring effective store management, and driving sales through strategic merchandising.

Your Mission:

·
Create captivating in-store experiences that reflect the sophistication of the Ben Soliman man.

·
Lead, inspire, and develop a team of visual merchandisers across multiple locations.

·
Ensure consistency of brand standards while bringing fresh, creative ideas to every display and campaign.

·

Qualifications:

· Minimum 5 years of experience in fashion retail visual merchandising, preferably in men's wear or luxury apparel.

· Strong leadership and communication skills.

· Excellent attention to detail, trend awareness, and commercial understanding.

· Ability to manage multiple projects across different store locations.

· Strong sense of style, and trend awareness.
