Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) based in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for partial remote work. The CMO will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies, oversee market planning, conduct in-depth market research, drive public relations efforts, and manage marketing and sales initiatives. As a key member of the executive team, the CMO will play a pivotal role in shaping brand presence and driving growth in the local and regional markets.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research to analyze trends and develop effective strategies
  • Public Relations expertise to establish and maintain a positive brand reputation and stakeholder relationships
  • Strong Marketing Management skills to lead campaigns and oversee marketing operations
  • Experience in Sales to align marketing strategies with revenue growth goals
  • Strategic and visionary leadership abilities with a results-oriented approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Educational background in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
  • Experience in the Egyptian or Middle Eastern market is strongly preferred
