Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) based in Cairo, Egypt. The CFO will oversee the financial strategy and operations of the organization. Primary responsibilities include financial planning, preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing financial reporting, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing strategic financial insights to support business decisions. The CFO will work closely with leadership to drive growth, manage risk, and optimize financial performance.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Financial Planning and Finance to develop and implement effective financial strategies.
  • Proficiency in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting to ensure accurate, timely, and transparent financial documentation.
  • Exceptional Analytical Skills to assess financial risks and opportunities and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required; a Master's degree or CPA/ACCA certification is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in the real estate or property management industry is a plus.
