Boudl Group is seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide strategic financial leadership and drive the organization's financial health, sustainability, and long-term growth. The CFO will oversee all financial operations, guide major financial decisions, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead the development of financial strategies that support the Group's vision and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide financial leadership that ensures all business strategies are fiscally sound and aligned with long-term organizational goals.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously enhance financial policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
  • Set departmental objectives aligned with the Group's vision, mission, and growth plans.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
  • Monitor financial performance, analyze deviations, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, monthly closings, and management reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Lead credit management, debt collection, settlement of dues, and payroll verification prior to disbursement.
  • Supervise cost control processes including F&B cost reviews and variance analysis.
  • Ensure full compliance with financial regulations from governmental bodies (ZATCA, municipalities, Ministry of Commerce) and international accounting standards (SOCPA).
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors to maintain financial integrity.
  • Oversee preparation of tax declarations and ensure timely submission and payment.
  • Maintain the company's financial reputation with government authorities, banks, and regulatory partners.
  • Manage and maintain financial systems (SAP, Sun System, OPERA, Fidelio, Micros, POS, Material Control, HR systems, banking platforms, government portals).
  • Ensure data integrity, proper system integrations, and appropriate access controls.
  • Oversee electronic archiving of financial documents in accordance with company standards.
  • Approve transfers and maintain strict control over unauthorized transactions.
  • Manage POS devices and ensure correct installation and usage.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop financial teams to ensure high performance and accountability.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and evaluation of finance personnel.
  • Support financial department restructuring initiatives under senior management.
  • Review and approve monthly bank reconciliations and resolve pending items within the required timeframe.
  • Ensure accuracy of accounts and rectify historical discrepancies when necessary.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold high standards of data security during and after employment.
  • Ensure full compliance with financial policies and prohibit cash handling from guests.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications preferred: CPA, CMA.
  • 15+ years of experience in financial management, including 10+ years in senior leadership roles.
