ACO Group is seeking a visionary Group Chief Technical Officer (CTO) to lead its technical strategy, innovation, and standardization efforts across its EPC and retail operations. The ideal candidate will ensure ACO maintains its strong reputation for technical excellence, quality, and reliability in every market where it operates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all technical operations, system designs, and engineering standards across the Group.
  • Approve all system designs, product lines, and supplier selections to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Develop and implement standardized design manuals, QA/QC procedures, and best practices across all business units.
  • Drive technical innovation by introducing advanced technologies such as energy storage systems (ESS), hybrid systems, and racking solutions.
  • Oversee training and development programs for engineers, installers, and technical teams to maintain world-class competencies.
  • Provide technical leadership and support for new country setups, ensuring all operations comply with ACO's technical and safety standards.
  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership to align technical direction with the Group's business strategy.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering.
  • Minimum of 12–15 years of experience in engineering, EPC, or technical management, preferably within the solar, renewable energy, or power systems industry.
  • Proven track record in leading multi-country technical operations and teams.
  • Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes, design standards, and supplier evaluation.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement across diverse markets.
