Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service & Operations Representative located in Qesm El Moqatam. The role involves managing daily customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling customer inquiries and complaints via phone,Whats app,Emails, and maintaining excellent phone etiquette. The representative will also be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by providing timely and effective support.

Trading and dealing with other companies like delivery company.

Handlng order and handed iver to delivery company.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Customer Support and Customer Service
  • Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience
  • Strong Phone Etiquette skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Prior experience in the coffee industry or a related field is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
  • Microsoft office user
