Role Description

Qualifications
- Skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction
- Experience with Customer Experience and Phone Etiquette
- Proficiency in written and spoken Spanish
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in English and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
