Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza, 6 October City for a Spanish Customer Service Team Lead. The role involves managing a team of customer service representatives, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and providing leadership to meet organizational goals. The Team Lead will monitor team performance, handle customer inquiries, resolve escalations, and implement customer service strategies to enhance the customer experience. The role also includes mentoring and training team members while maintaining efficient service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Support, and Customer Service
- Proven skills in Customer Service Management and team leadership
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, in Spanish and English
- Ability to manage and motivate teams to achieve performance targets
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Familiarity with customer support tools and processes
- Proficiency in reporting and performance analysis
- Previous experience in same role
