Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt for Spanish speakers at Xceed. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound communication in Spanish, managing back-office support services, and providing helpdesk support. The individual will also analyze social media content and manage various tasks related to infrastructure management services and recruitment process outsourcing.

  • Proficiency in Spanish and excellent communication skills
