Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Cairo for Spanish-speaking professionals at RAYA CX. The role involves providing excellent customer service to Spanish-speaking customers, addressing queries, troubleshooting issues, and delivering solutions in an efficient and professional manner. The position requires active engagement with customers to ensure their needs are met and their experience is seamless.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Spanish B2 and proficiency in English for effective communication
  • Strong customer service skills, including the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Basic technical skills relevant for troubleshooting common concerns
  • Adaptability, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset
  • Excellent active listening and interpersonal communication skills
  • Availability to work on-site in Cairo and maintain a full-time, consistent work schedule
  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or BPO roles is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or communication are an advantage
