Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ecommerce Supervisor-Marketplace based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves overseeing marketplace operations, planning and executing business strategies, analyzing data to drive performance improvements, and supervising sales and customer service activities. The Ecommerce Supervisor will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop marketing strategies, and ensure a seamless experience for customers on the company's online sales platforms.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and experience with data-driven decision-making to assess performance and identify growth opportunities
  • Proficiency in Business Planning, including developing and implementing effective strategies for online marketplaces
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with internal teams and customers effectively
  • Proven expertise in Sales Operations, including inventory management, order processing, and monitoring sales data
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and marketplace integrations is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
