Position:
 
E-Commerce Specialist

We're looking for a 
proactive and results-driven
 individual to manage and grow our online presence across 
Noon, Amazon, and Jumia
.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketplace Management (Noon, Amazon, Jumia)


• Optimize product listings — pricing, descriptions, images, and keywords — to maximize visibility and sales.


• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory teams.


• Analyze marketplace trends and competitor activity.


• Manage orders, customer inquiries, and returns.


• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, flash sales, and sponsored ads.


• Generate and analyze sales reports to measure performance and ROI.

Social Media & Content (Bonus / Plus)


• Support the marketing team in creating engaging content for 
Instagram, Facebook, TikTok
, and other platforms.


• Manage daily posting, scheduling, and engagement.


• Coordinate with designers and photographers for product visuals.


• Align social media efforts with e-commerce promotions to drive conversions.

Requirements:


• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and marketplace algorithms.


• Experience in product listing, campaign management, and performance optimization.


• Analytical, detail-oriented, and results-focused.
