Role Summary:

We're looking for a
Senior Creative Design & Content Marketing
who can turn ideas into scroll-stopping visuals and stories. You'll take the lead of our content strategy and daily execution — from strategy to design to publishing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy & Creative Design

  • Develop and own the
    content marketing strategy
    across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, website, and email).

  • Create and manage a
    dynamic content plan
    aligned with product launches, and marketing campaigns.
  • Utilize
    advanced AI tools
    into the creative process to speed up ideation, and content production of
    Photos & Videos
    .

  • Design high-quality social media visuals, campaign assets, lookbooks, and promotional materials.

  • Content Creation & Social Media Management

  • Write a compelling
    captions, blog posts, and storytelling content
    that reflect brand voice.

  • Lead the end-to-end process — from concept ideation and storyboard to design and publishing.
  • Create motion graphics or short-form video content (Reels/TikToks) that drive virality and brand awareness.
  • Build a community of content creators & brand ambassadors.

What we're looking for:

  • 3-4 years of experience in
    creative design, content marketing, or brand communication
    , ideally within fashion eCommerce or consumer marketplaces.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating
    creative design, storytelling ability & content creation
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects)
    or equivalent tools (Canva, Figma, CapCut, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience creating and optimizing
    social media content
    (especially Instagram & TikTok).
  • Strong
    understanding of how to get organic views on Social Media, and the
    ability to translate brand identity into visuals and viral content.
  • A "doer" mentality – comfortable switching between strategy and daily execution with the ability to lead a small team as we scale.
