Job Description: Senior Graphic Designer (Motion Graphics & Montage)

The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Graphic Designer with a robust background in motion graphics and video montage. You are more than a designer; you are a visual architect who can translate complex ideas into compelling motion narratives. You will be instrumental in shaping the moving image of our brand (and our clients' brands), from concept to execution, ensuring the highest level of creativity and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Concept & Strategy: Lead the conceptualization and development of motion graphic projects (e.g., explainer videos, promotional content, social media ads, title sequences, UI animations) and dynamic video montages.

End-to-End Production: Own the entire motion design process—from storyboarding and style framing to animation, editing, sound design, and final rendering.

Brand Leadership: Create and maintain cohesive motion graphic standards and guidelines across all platforms, ensuring all video content aligns with the brand's voice and objectives.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and social media teams to develop video content strategies that meet business goals and engage our target audience.

Mentorship: Provide guidance and constructive feedback to junior designers and other team members, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.

Innovation: Stay ahead of the latest trends and techniques in motion design, video editing, and software to continuously improve the quality and impact of our work.

Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from initial brief to delivery, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising on quality.

Qualifications & Required Skills

Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with at least 3 years specializing in motion graphics and video editing.

Portfolio: A stunning portfolio that demonstrates exceptional skill in motion graphics, video montage, and visual storytelling. Your portfolio must show a clean, modern design sense and technical prowess.

Software Mastery:

Expert in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.

Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

Bonus Points for experience with Cinema 4D/Blender (3D), DaVinci Resolve (color grading), Figma, or Adobe Audition.

Technical Skills:

Deep understanding of animation principles, compositing, and typography in motion.

Expert knowledge of video codecs, formats, and export settings for various platforms (web, social media, broadcast).

Strong skills in color grading, sound editing, and visual effects (VFX).

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate creative concepts.

A keen eye for detail and a passion for pixel-perfect precision.

Ability to give and receive feedback constructively.

Proven ability to work independently and lead projects with minimal supervision.
