We're looking for a versatile Creative Designer who can handle both graphic design and video/motion content creation across social media, real estate presentations, and campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who can visualize strong brand stories through static visuals and motion graphics — bringing ideas to life from concept to execution.

Responsibilities

  • Design visually compelling static and animated content for social media, advertising, and presentations.
  • Edit and animate videos for campaigns, reels, and promotional content.
  • Develop on-brand visual identities for digital and print materials.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to conceptualize and deliver creative assets.
  • Manage design timelines, organize project assets, and ensure consistent brand output.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in both graphic design and video editing/motion design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, and motion rhythm.
  • Experience with real estate or lifestyle brands is a plus.
  • Creative eye, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
