Job Description:

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of designers — fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
  • Oversee and evolve our visual identity to ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints.
  • Design and deliver high-quality visual assets for campaigns, events, and digital platforms.
  • Develop product logos, branding systems, and design frameworks aligned with marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce top-tier creative outputs.
  • Create visually engaging presentations, infographics, and event materials.
  • Work closely with motion designers on storyboards, assets, and visual narratives.
  • Attend events to supervise creative execution and coordinate with photo/video teams.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and creative excellence.
  • Leverage AI tools (Adobe Firefly, Figma AI, Midjourney) to generate design variations, speed up workflows, and personalize content.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies to ensure ethical and effective use of AI in design.
  • Use data and machine learning insights to enhance visual communication and UX.

Requirements:

Experience: 7+ years in Graphic/Visual Design, including 2+ years leading designers

  • Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) –
    Expert level
  • Presentation Design (PowerPoint, Keynote) –
    Expert level
  • AI-Assisted Design Tools (Adobe Firefly, Figma AI, Midjourney) –
    Hands-on experience
  • Motion Graphics & Video Editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) –
    Basic proficiency
  • Nice to Have:
    Figma/XD, 3D design (Blender, Max, Maya), HTML/CSS basics, and marketing automation familiarity.

  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate creative teams.
