Position Summary

The
Senior Creative & Digital Specialist
will be responsible for driving the visual and digital expression of MAFI's brand. This hybrid role combines creative leadership with hands-on digital execution. The ideal candidate brings strong design sensibilities, multimedia production capabilities, and a deep understanding of digital platforms — plus a passion for innovation and a global mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creative Leadership
  • Translate brand strategy into compelling visual narratives and digital experiences.
  • Lead the creation of high-impact design assets for marketing campaigns, product launches, marketing collaterals, corporate materials, digital platforms, and executive presentations.
  • Maintain and evolve the MAFI visual identity in alignment with brand guidelines.

  • Digital Content Development

  • Design responsive visuals across web, social media, and paid media platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to produce videos, animations, and interactive content.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs and channels.
  • Multimedia & Storytelling
  • Craft engaging visual content and animations to support storytelling and product marketing.
  • Support the production of promotional and corporate videos, infographics, and explainer content.
  • Manage creative assets for corporate reports, events, and investor materials.
  • Tech & Innovation
  • Utilize AI-powered design and content tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, D-ID, or ChatGPT) to enhance creative workflows and production efficiency.
  • Stay ahead of global design trends, marketing technology, and B2B engagement strategies.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.
  • Graduation from a reputed international university is highly preferred.
  • 5–7 years of experience in creative, digital, or branding roles.
  • Proven expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and motion/animation tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Familiarity with
    AI-driven design and content generation tools
    is crucial.
  • Strong portfolio of digital work demonstrating conceptual creativity and technical execution.
  • High expertise with social media platforms.
  • Excellent attention to detail, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
