Position Overview

The Associate Creative Director supports the Creative team in leading and driving the overall creative vision for campaigns, projects, and brand initiatives. This role combines strong conceptual thinking, leadership skills, and hands-on execution to deliver high-quality, innovative creative outputs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Creative team to develop and implement creative strategies across all projects.
  • Lead, mentor, and guide designers, copywriters, and creative team members to ensure high-quality work.
  • Oversee creative concepts from brainstorming to final delivery.
  • Work closely with account managers, project managers, and other departments to align creative direction with client goals.
  • Present creative concepts and solutions to clients and internal stakeholders confidently.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
  • Review and provide constructive feedback on team members' work.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to inspire innovative ideas.
  • Manage multiple projects, timelines, and deadlines efficiently.
  • Support in new business pitches and creative proposals.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in a creative role, with at least 4 years in a leadership or senior position.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and execution across different media.
  • Excellent understanding of brand development, digital marketing, and integrated campaigns.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and relevant creative software.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
