Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and strategic
Creative Art Director
to lead our visual direction and ensure the highest quality of creative output across all projects. The ideal candidate will oversee the full creative process, from concept development to final execution, while collaborating closely with designers, copywriters, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the visual creative direction for campaigns, branding, and marketing materials.
  • Develop strong conceptual ideas and translate them into compelling visuals.
  • Oversee and mentor the design team to ensure consistent, high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with creative, marketing, and production teams to bring concepts to life.
  • Approve and guide the creation of layouts, storyboards, mockups, and final artwork.
  • Ensure all creative outputs align with brand identity and project objectives.
  • Present creative proposals and concepts to clients or internal stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on design trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
  • Manage timelines, resources, and workflow to meet project deadlines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Art Director or Creative Lead (agency experience a plus).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and high-quality design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
  • Medical Industry is Preferred .

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in motion graphics, photography direction, or video production.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media creative formats.
  • Familiarity with 3D design or animation is a bonus.
