Senior Social Media Creative Designer

dopay is seeking a highly skilled and creatively driven Senior Social Media Creative Designer to bring our social content concepts to life across all platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).

This role is responsible for translating ideas, scripts, and concepts into high-quality visual assets, including static content, carousels, motion graphics, animated visuals, and short-form videos. You will play a key role in shaping dopay's visual identity across social media, ensuring every piece of content reflects our brand framework and engages audiences at scale.

The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller, a platform-native creative, and an expert in AI assisted design tools

This role works hand-in-hand with the Social Media Content Creator, strategic thinker who deeply understands platform algorithms, content behavior to produce highly engaging, growth-driven content for dopay's organic presence.

• Maintain full alignment with dopay's brand guidelines, framework, color systems, motion style, and emotional narrative.
• Develop and maintain dopay's social media visual guidelines, art direction, and creative standards for organic content.
• Convert ideas, scripts, and content concepts into high-quality visuals across all social platforms.
• Design & Deliver platform-specific content (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) optimized for each channel's format and engagement behavior.
• Produce a wide range of assets: short-form videos, reels, TikTok edits, motion graphics, animations, static images, and carousels.
• Build a library of AI-powered assets and templates to accelerate production and elevate creative outputs.
• Ensure all visuals follow dopay's brand guidelines, visual identity, and storytelling framework.
• Collaborate closely with the Social Media Content Creator to bring concepts, hooks, and storyboards to life.
• Deliver creative assets that support growth, performance, lifecycle, and product narratives.
• Adapt designs quickly based on feedback, platform trends, and content performance insights.
• Provide multiple creative variations when needed for A/B testing and optimization.
• Stay updated on global social media design trends, motion styles, and innovative content formats.
• Analyze content performance weekly and monthly.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in social media design, visual creation, or motion graphics.
• Strong understanding of brand guidelines, visual frameworks, and how to translate brand values and human elements into creative outputs.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects..).
• Expertise with AI creative tools (MidJourney, NanoBanana, Runway, etc.).
• Strong video editing and motion design skills for Reels, TikTok, and short-form content.
• Deep understanding of social media formats, platform requirements, and visual engagement behavior.
• Ability to interpret scripts, hooks, and concepts into visually compelling stories.
• Experience producing content for both B2B and B2C audiences.
• Strong eye for detail, composition, color, pace, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work quickly, manage multiple deadlines, and deliver consistently high-quality output.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Fintech, SaaS, or product-led environment experience is a strong plus
