Role Overview

We are hiring an 
E-Commerce Specialist
 to manage product listings on the website, handle customer orders, and support daily operations from sourcing to delivery.

This is a 
fully online role
 that requires strong organization, attention to detail, and professional communication.

Key Responsibilities
Website & Product Management

  • Upload and update product listings (brands, part numbers, images, pricing, SEO tags)
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency across all product pages
  • Coordinate with the SEO specialist for improvements
  • Support basic website updates when needed

Order Processing & Operations

  • Handle incoming orders and RFQs
  • Communicate with suppliers for pricing, availability, and lead times
  • Prepare quotations and follow up on purchase orders
  • Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers
  • Maintain clear communication with customers throughout the order cycle

Supply Chain & Inventory

  • Assist in building and maintaining product databases
  • Monitor supplier pricing and availability
  • Support basic demand planning activities

Accounting & Financial Tasks

  • Record sales, purchases, and expenses
  • Prepare simple summaries (revenue, COGS, margins)
  • Follow up on customer deposits and supplier payments

Customer Support

  • Handle customer inquiries via email and WhatsApp
  • Manage RFQs and follow up on order status
  • Provide professional and timely responses

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or similar
  • 0–2 years experience in e-commerce, operations, or supply chain
  • Strong English communication
  • Good Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple tasks
