Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic, data-driven E-commerce Specialist to manage and grow our online business across Shopify, Amazon, Jumia, Noon, and other relevant platforms. This role bridges technology, operations, and marketing — ensuring that our e-commerce presence reflects our brand, meets performance targets, and supports commercial goals in both Egypt and Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Shopify & Website Management


• Manage and optimize our Shopify e-commerce website, ensuring smooth operations, functionality, and performance.


• Maintain product catalogs, pricing, and stock availability.


• Oversee website updates, banners, and campaign launches in coordination with the marketing team.


• Ensure best-in-class UX/UI, conversion rate optimization, and SEO compliance.

  1. Marketplace Management (Amazon, Jumia, Noon, etc.)


• Set up, manage, and optimize our listings, pricing, and promotions on Amazon, Jumia, Noon, and other marketplaces.


• Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth fulfillment, accurate stock levels, and timely deliveries.


• Analyze marketplace performance, sales trends, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.


• Handle communications and partnerships with marketplace account managers.

  1. Cross-functional Coordination


• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure online channels reflect current campaigns and brand identity.


• Collaborate with the content and creative teams to keep product imagery, descriptions, and assets updated and appealing.


• Partner with operations and finance for accurate reporting, stock planning, and revenue tracking.

  1. Analytics & Reporting


• Monitor and report sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, and ROI across all digital channels.


• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to drive e-commerce growth and improve KPIs.


• Maintain dashboards and ensure all data flows are accurate and up to date.

Qualifications & Skills:


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or E-commerce Management (or equivalent).


• –5 years of experience in e-commerce management (preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or retail).


• Hands-on experience with Shopify (must-have).


• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Jumia Seller Hub, and Noon Seller Portal.


• Understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and performance analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta, etc.).


• Excellent project management and communication skills.


• Bilingual proficiency (English and Arabic) preferred.


• Experience managing multiple markets (Egypt + KSA) is a strong plus.
