Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Administrator, based in 6th of October. The position involves managing sales-related administrative tasks, processing customer orders, maintaining records, and coordinating with sales teams to ensure smooth operations. The Senior Sales Administrator will also handle customer communication, assist in resolving queries, and support sales activities to meet organizational goals efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Service and strong Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Experience in Order Processing to manage and track customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Expertise in Sales to support team efforts and contribute to achieving performance targets.
  • Strong Administrative Assistance capabilities to manage records, organize data, and support overall office operations.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
