Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Administrator based in 6th of October. The Sales Administrator will be responsible for supporting the sales team, maintaining records of client interactions, and managing order processing. Additional responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, coordinating administrative tasks, and ensuring efficient operations within the sales department.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively assist clients and maintain professional relationships.
  • Proficiency in Order Processing and Sales support to handle transactions and deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Strong Administrative Assistance skills to manage schedules, documentation, and office organization.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using office software and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is advantageous.

Location: Hadyek October - G plaza - Ecowest

Day off : Friday

Working hours from 11 to 7pm
