  • We are expanding our sales force and looking for a strong, sharp, charismatic Sales Executive capable of handling high-value leads, closing premium packages, and owning the full sales cycle.

Role Overview:
- This is a results-driven sales role for someone who wants to own the entire sales pipeline — from handling inbound inquiries, WhatsApp messages, and phone calls, to conducting consultative sales conversations, closing premium bookings, and managing corporate deals.

  • You will be the primary sales point of contact for Squad 101 and the face of the brand in all lead interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
B2C Sales:
- Handle all inbound leads from WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, website, and calls.

  • Conduct consultative sales discussions with high-value clients (local & GCC).

  • Understand client needs, goals, medical background, and match them with the right program.

  • Prepare quotations and close bookings for 1-week, 2-week, and multi-week stays.

  • Follow up consistently with warm leads using a structured CRM-like process.

  • Maintain daily tracking of leads, conversions, revenue, and pipeline.

B2B & Corporate Sales:
- Reach out to medium and large companies for:

*Corporate wellness programs

Executive retreats

Custom corporate events

Team-building weekends*
- Conduct presentations and proposals for HR & management teams.

  • Build long-term relationships with corporate decision makers.

Sales Administration:
- Maintain accurate lead logs, sales reports, revenue sheets, and monthly analytics.

  • Coordinate with operations to ensure seamless arrival planning and guest handovers.

  • Continuously analyze the objections and challenges of leads and optimize the sales script.


Requirements:
- 5 to 10 years of sales experience.

  • Background in high-value service sales, hospitality, gyms, fitness, real estate, banking, or insurance is a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills — Arabic & English.

  • Strong persuasion, confidence, and emotional intelligence.

  • Strong follow-up discipline and closing skills.

  • Lives within 45 minutes of Sheikh Zayed and can commute daily.

  • A "hunter" mentality: motivated, structured, competitive, and goal-driven.

Presentable, well-spoken, and able to deal with high-end clientele.


Compensation Package:
- Basic Salary: EGP 18,000 per month.

  • Monthly Sales Commission:

3% → on monthly revenue 500,000 – 799,999 EGP.

4% → on monthly revenue 800,000 – 1,099,999 EGP.

5% → on monthly revenue 1,100,000 EGP and above.

** Why This is a Strong Package

In medium seasons (600K–800K), total income easily reaches 30K–40K+.

In strong seasons (1M+), total income can exceed 50K–60K+.

The commission scheme is designed to reward performers aggressively.**
