Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our Sales team in achieving their targets and streamlining operations. This role involves preparing sales reports, organizing weekly and monthly meetings, setting sales targets, following up on action items, and contributing ideas and solutions to help grow the customer.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

·      Collaborate with the Sales Manager to create and update sales targets for the team.

·      Track individual and team performance against set targets and prepare performance summaries.

·      Maintain and update sales tracking tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, CRM systems).

·      Support the implementation of sales incentive plans and track progress towards reward milestones.

·      Assist in preparing sales presentations, dashboards, and reports for senior management.

Requirements:

· year of experience in a similar administrative or sales support role, Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

·      Strong knowledge in Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint.. etc.)

·      Effective communication skills.

·      Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.

·      Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to take initiative.
