Job Description

As a Senior Sales, you will play a key role in supporting the Sales Manager to drive the growth of TOEFL ITP and TOEIC registrations in Egypt and selected regional markets. You will contribute to expanding awareness, strengthening partnerships, and increasing adoption of TOEFL ITP and TOEIC among universities, students, test centers, and corporate stakeholders.

This role involves active business development, client engagement, and relationship management to ensure TOEFL ITP and TOEIC remain the preferred English proficiency tests for academic and professional advancement.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Growth

  • Support the Sales Manager in developing and executing strategies to increase TOEFL ITP and TOEIC test registrations.
  • Promote TOEFL products among academic institutions, language schools, test centers, and corporate partners.
  • Assist in identifying and building partnerships with universities, ministries, scholarship programs, and educational institutions.
  • Contribute to achieving quarterly and annual sales targets for test registrations and partnerships.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build and maintain relationships with universities, schools, training centers, and corporate clients.
  • Support meetings and presentations with educational and corporate partners to promote TOEFL ITP and TOEIC.
  • Organize and conduct presentations, webinars, and workshops under the guidance of the Sales Manager.
  • Represent TOEFL ITP and TOEIC at academic fairs, conferences, and related events.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide timely support to maintain high levels of satisfaction.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Coordinate closely with internal teams to align sales efforts with marketing and business goals.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for the Sales Manager.
  • Participate in regional initiatives and provide input for strategic planning.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in education, exam sales, or EdTech.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships and drive sales for educational or assessment products.
  • Good understanding of the higher education and English testing market.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (C1 level in both written and verbal communication).

Location & Work Environment

  • Based in Egypt with a hybrid work model.
  • Frequent travel across Egypt and selected regional markets (GCC) will be required.
