Job Description

At Compu Master Business Solutions, we are seeking an ambitious and customer-focused candidate to join our specialized support team as an ERP Application Consultant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to clients, as well as training them on the effective utilization of our ERP solutions to enhance their business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and assistance to clients in using ERP applications, troubleshooting any technical issues they encounter.

Conduct training sessions for clients on how to use the system and maximize its benefits.

Provide consulting on how to improve business processes using ERP solutions.

Monitor system performance and ensure it operates efficiently.

Collect customer feedback and provide recommendations for system improvements based on their needs.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of one year (and preferably more) experience in customer support and ERP application support.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong and distinguished knowledge of ERP Solutions.
  • Essential Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and simply explain complex technical concepts to clients.
  • Proven ability to quickly and effectively resolve customer issues.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Previous experience or a strong background in accounting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, or a related field
  • 1+ years of related experience (and preferably more) experience in customer support and ERP application support.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying risks and implementing mitigation plans
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
