Job summary:
We are looking for an ERP Customization Specialist to join our CX team. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring and customizing ERP modules using standard system tools—without coding—to ensure smooth workflows, accurate data flow, and a user-friendly experience. You will work closely with Product Management and CX teams to translate business needs into effective system configurations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure ERP modules based on business requirements, including custom fields, forms, workflows, roles, permissions, and document layouts.
  • Create and adjust print formats, reports, and templates using standard tools.
  • Support data import, initial setup, and module configuration activities.
  • Perform basic UI adjustments when needed (HTML/CSS for formatting and layout corrections).
  • Collaborate with product and CX teams to understand requirements and convert them into standardized configurations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve system usability based on user feedback.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with a preference for Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in ERP configuration, customization, or functional support.
  • Good understanding of ERP structures and core business modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, HR, and Accounting.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for simple adjustments (no development required).
  • Familiarity with CMS tools (e.g., WordPress) is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and solid analytical abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow structured workflows.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
