At Fodista, we are dedicated to empowering restaurants with cutting-edge Restaurant ERP solutions that streamline operations, enhance performance, and support growth. We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior ERP Consultant to join our Cairo team.

The ideal candidate must have a strong background in ERP systems for restaurants, with a deep understanding of restaurant workflows, POS, inventory, kitchen operations, purchasing, and back-office processes.

Job Description

As a Senior ERP Consultant at Fodista, you will play a key role in leading restaurants through the successful implementation and optimization of our Restaurant ERP system. You will analyze operational needs, design customized solutions, and ensure seamless deployment that elevates restaurant efficiency and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Consultation

Engage closely with restaurant clients to understand their operational flow (front of house, back of house, kitchen, POS, purchasing, costing, inventory).

Identify challenges and define requirements for the ERP implementation.

  1. Implementation Leadership

Lead complete ERP implementation cycles for restaurant clients.

Coordinate with technical teams to ensure proper system configuration, testing, and deployment.

  1. Continuous Improvement

Stay up to date with modern F&B technology trends.

Recommend enhancements to improve the system's performance and usability.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.

Minimum 2 years of experience in ERP consulting, with at least 2 years in Restaurant or F&B ERP systems.

Strong understanding of restaurant operations: POS, KDS, recipes, food cost, inventory control, purchasing, waste management, and reporting.

Hands-on experience with ERP / POS systems for restaurants (e.g., Fodista, Foodics, Odoo for F&B, Oracle Hospitality, Lightspeed, Toast).

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication skills to effectively interact with restaurant owners, managers, and operational teams.

Experience conducting training sessions and providing on-site support.

Ability to manage multiple projects and work both independently and within a team.
