About the Role

We're looking for a motivated Accountant with 2–4 years of experience who is excited to grow beyond traditional accounting and step into the world of ERP consulting. This is a unique opportunity to apply your financial expertise while gaining hands-on exposure to ERP implementation and optimization.

Duties:

  • Support ERP implementation projects from setup to go-live.
  • Map accounting workflows into ERP modules and recommend improvements.
  • Assist in data migration, testing, and process validation during ERP rollout.
  • Deliver system demos to users and showcase key ERP functionalities.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for any ERP or accounting-related issues.
  • Train and guide end-users on ERP financial modules.
  • Collaborate with finance, HR, and operations teams to ensure smooth integration.
  • Contribute to audits, documentation, and continuous process improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of accounting experience (payroll, A/P, A/R, GL, reporting).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and reporting standards.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
  • Interest in ERP systems (previous exposure is a plus).
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
