Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Functional Consultant based in New Cairo. The Senior Functional Consultant will be responsible for analyzing business processes, providing expert consulting, and implementing finance-related solutions. This role includes day-to-day tasks such as understanding client requirements, delivering tailored solutions, and facilitating smooth system integrations. The consultant will also work closely with clients to optimize their use of ITplicity's technology solutions and ensure successful project outcomes.

Implement and configure ERP system for clients.

Assist the realization of business benefits for clients

Train end-users in specific modules of ERP applications

Provide post-sales support as needed.

Collect requirements, analyze businesses and execute process workshops.

Develop and execute test plans and test software configurations

Identify, develop and integrate ERP solution to meet predefined requirements interacting with clients, sales, and technical consultants

Prepare necessary project documentation associated with an implementation like manuals, customer query data, issue logs, and their resolution

Identify and develop business processes and demonstrate good reports

Develop and enforce collaborative working relationships with customers

Lead process reviews and application configuration discussions with clients.

Customer business advisory

Communicate directly with customers to gather requirements, understand issues, present solutions, and demo products to end customers

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Business Process understanding
  • Fluency In English is a Must
  • Good Understanding of Business scenarios and processes
  • Knowledge of various industries such as retail, manufacturing, Supply chain, Human resources etc
  • Excellent Communication and Consulting skills
  • Should be able to perform critical activities individually
  • Experience with Finance, Manufacturing or Supply chain
  • Proven track record in delivering successful technology implementations
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with Oracle NetSuite is a plus
  • A strong team player.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
