Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Software Sales Specialist. The role is based in Cairo, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Software Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing client relationships, demonstrating software solutions, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Software Sales and general Sales techniques
  • Strong Communication skills and ability to build client relationships
  • Experience with Software systems ERP , Odoo and technical understanding
  • Customer Service skills to provide excellent post-sales support
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a hybrid work environment
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
