Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Consultant role based in Qesm El Maadi. The Telesales Consultant will handle day-to-day tasks, including identifying potential clients, making outbound calls, delivering sales presentations, and closing sales opportunities. The role also involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and meeting or exceeding sales targets while adhering to company guidelines. The role may include occasional collaboration with internal teams to align strategies and receive training to stay updated with products and services.

Qualifications

  • Sales Consulting and Sales skills with the ability to achieve and exceed targets
  • Strong Communication skills, including verbal and written communication, to effectively engage with potential and existing clients
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills to address inquiries, concerns, and needs of clients
  • Training capabilities to quickly learn about products, services, and sales strategies
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field is an advantage
