Key Responsibilities:
● Analyze training requirements across departments to find opportunities and gaps.
● Create and present captivating training courses utilizing a combination of classroom instruction, e-learning, workshops, and coaching.
● Produce and manage instruction manuals, training materials, and online learning resources.
● Lead upskilling initiatives for existing staff members as well as onboarding sessions for new hires.
● Implement Learning Management System (LMS) to manage data and content.
● Monitor training program effi cacy, participation, and completion rates.
● To keep improving training programs, get input via surveys and performance indicators.
● Create dashboards and statistics to show leadership the ROI and impact of training.
● Collaborate with team leaders and department heads to match training programs with corporate objectives.
● For specialized training programs, work with outside vendors and subject matter experts.
● Find chances for skill development to assist with career development and performance management procedures.
● Keep up with the latest developments in learning and development tools, technologies, and trends.
● Suggest cutting-edge teaching strategies (such as gamification, AI-based learning, and microlearning).
● Encourage the company to have a culture of ongoing learning.
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
● Certification in Training & Development (e.g., ATD, CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.
● 4+ years of experience in training design, delivery, and program evaluation.
● Proven experience conducting TNA and developing data-driven learning solutions.
● Experience with e-learning platforms, instructional design tools, and LMS administration.
● Strong facilitation and presentation abilities. ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Analytical and project management skills.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital learning tools (Articulate, Canva, etc.).
