Company Description

MSMEDA, established by Prime Ministerial Decree No. 947 of 2017, is the governmental entity dedicated to the development of micro, small, and medium enterprises, as well as entrepreneurship in Egypt. It aims to create a supportive legal and operational environment for these businesses by directly engaging or coordinating with NGOs, initiatives, and partnerships. MSMEDA builds on 32 years of experience from its predecessor, the Social Fund for Development, and operates through a network of 31 regional offices, delivering services via 33 one-stop shops (OSS). The organization collaborates with 890 local NGOs, 1,900 bank branches, local development partners, and international donors, working to support economic growth and job creation.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza for a Learning and Development Specialist. The specialist will design, deliver, and assess training programs, aligning them with organizational goals and employee growth. They will oversee the learning management system, create instructional materials, implement effective coaching strategies, and evaluate the impact of learning initiatives. Other responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, maintaining detailed training records, and supporting the development of a culture of continuous learning within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Training & Development and Learning Management
  • Proficiency in Instructional Design and creating efficient training materials
  • Strong Communication and Coaching skills for fostering learner engagement and development
  • Analytical skills to evaluate training effectiveness and adapt programs accordingly
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role; familiarity with workplace training trends is advantageous
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational ability, and capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously
